This video is merely an example to show you what Santa will look and sound like.  The actual video email you will receive before Christmas will be approximately 1 minute long and play full screen on your computer.  The video's content will be based on the answers you give during the order process.  The personalized video email from Santa will be created exclusively for the recipient.

The video plays using Microsoft Media Player 9.0.  System requirements to play the video are the same as Media Player 9.0    The video email from Santa will be approximately 3 megs in size.  If you are using a dial-up connection it may take over 10 minutes to download the video.  Broadband connections can expect downloads of less than 1 minute.
